Clara Green is as green a business as we can make it. This means that when we send you a parcel, we will Sendle it wherever possible. Sendle is Australia's first carbon neutral parcel delivery service.

If you are in a remote area (according to Sendle's definition), please choose the REMOTE option.

We turn our boxes inside out and reuse them, so sometimes your parcel will look a little unusual, especially if your order does not conform to the dimensions of the parcels we usually receive. Don't panic, we pack things very thoroughly. Of course, if what you receive doesn't match your expectations or is damaged, let us know and we'll help you out.

We also re-use packing material. Most of the time, boxes will be packed with bits of other boxes, paper and other left overs. Sometimes this will be bubble wrap. It seems better to re-use it when we have received it than to get rid of it straight away. It has a very long life, afterall.

Sometimes, we use popcorn as packing peanuts. You can dispose of it in your compost bin, no problem.

Our satchels are biodegradeable and smell very sweet.
